It is in Carl's house in Tanton-hope I spelt that right.You go up his stairs and there is a bedroom on the right (I'm not at my console right now tho).The spray can is on the floor by his bed.You can often get new one's there (with paint in of course) when you use up an old one.The wardrobe with the yellow light is opposite the bedroom.When you buy new houses it's also possible that there are new spray cans in the bedroom there.
