• Sounds like your friends care about you, which is a wonderful thing :-)
  • If you have anorexia, you're NOT okay. And the people that are worried about you have good reason because they care about you and they don't want you to die. If you're not already seeking medical help, I hope you do.

Anorexia nervosa has the highest death rate of any psychiatric illness (including major depression). The mortality rate associated with anorexia nervosa is 12 times higher than the death rate of ALL causes of death for females 15-24 years old. Without treatment, up to 20% of people with serious eating disorders die.". It IS a risk you run when you have anorexia.
  • Don't even try. They will believe what they want. Be concerned about your own health.

Of course you are worried and you should be. In some of your questions you talk about you are going to "starve" so you know exactly what you are doing. 1. You are not "overweight". 2. You are too focused on what you look like. When we are healthy - think in terms of health then we always look good. 3. What you should be thinking of is how well you get along with people, learning things and learning how to make yourself valuable in life and helping others. You don't help anyone by just losing more and more weight. 4. You are selfishly using your supposed "anorexia" to get attention from people you want more attention from . And you are also using it as a form of emotional blackmail - like you are saying OK give me what I want or I will die from anorexia. You are living your own little drama because you haven't learned anything more positive to do. Though part of this is a game for you it is also very serious and the more you focus on it the worse it could become.
