Often. I watch meteor showers whenever I can.
-
Yes and I've also seen falling stars.
-
Yeah a couple actually, We have a lot of sky where I live and Ive seen two since moving out here.
-
Yes, August is a good time to look out for them over the UK
-
I never have.
-
many.
-
We see shooting stars most nights when the sky is clear.
-
In my youth, when I used to camp out alot, I saw them many times. They are much harder to see in the city, because of all the lights. Some night, when the sky is clear, find the darkest spot you can find, shield your eyes, and just wait. I'm sure you will see one. They are pretty fast, tho'.
-
I've seen a few.
-
My favorite shooting star is Clint Eastwood. He almost never misses. And Clint is the kind of shooting star you can watch in day or night and there's no need for a shower to increase your chances of getting one. Meteors are fun, too.

Yes ma'am i have and it was very pretty! In fact one night i saw many in a meteor shower!! thanks
-
Yes, but not in recent years.
-
Yes, I've seen many.
-
Yes, quite a few. But one was particularly memorable because it was green. I was told that it means there was copper in it, and that it was likely either a meteorite that was just naturally high in copper, or else a piece of a satellite with copper parts.

Movie, yes, real life, no
-
Ive seen alot, and none of the wishs came true. :(
-
many shooting stars and many times. Always fascinating
-
Yes many! I love to go out in the middle of the desert and sit up all night and watch the skies.
-
A @#$%-load at 10K feet elevation in the Sierras! Too cool! ;-)
-
Both little streakers as well as a giant green meteorite.
-
most definitely!
-
No, but I really wish I could. Last year there was a meteor shower in our area, but it got cloudy. Grrr.
-
Yeah, several times!
-
Thousands.....greens, blues, whites and reds. (Would you believe I got a "DR" for this answer!! What sort of jerk would "DR" for this? It’s true!! What’s the problem?)
-
Yes, many times. There are some great ones around mid-December called Geminids. Usually in the northern hemisphere the air is clear during that time of year and you can see a lot. It is one of the biggest natural show around.
-
yep! I happened to pull on the side of a highway at three in the morning saturday to look at the stars and I saw five! The stars are AMAZING when you get away from all the lights of the city...
-
Yes! i saw it in NYC of all places, its hard to see any stars at night b/c of all the city lights. i was walking with my sister on a hot summer night and we were both lookin up and we both saw a shooting star! we like "OMG did u see that?! Make a wish!" LOL i'll never forget that!
-
yes many, most nights if im star gazing I can see a couple, in January on one night I saw 5, but to better that, I saw an amazing metorite, it was huge, with a giant flaming tail, it went across the whole horizon, at a low point, it took about 12 seconds to traverse its path, it was amazing:)
-
Yes, a lot of them. I feel sad for people who have never seen one... Cities are so huge, people are so busy, they forget/ignore these simple things. I always take a good look at the Moon when I leave home (if it's visible of course). ; )
