  • Luckily no. Not yet *knocks on wood*.
  • Yes. Twice. It was the same airline both times.
  • Not so far. However, there was once when the luggage of someone with whom I was traveling wound up going to the wrong place. They did get it to him later that day.
  • Nope I have been on flights a lot. with the 4 transfers I had flying to and from South Africa I was thinking I would really lose one of them. Guess I am lucky.
  • I had a back injury and was in a wheelchair. NorthWest lost my wheelchair on a flight into Vegas. It seems they do not have disabled people in Vegas since the wheelchair they found me was about 50 years ols and did not even run straight. The trip was a nightmare. My own Chair did a complete circuit of the States and finally arrived almost a week later totally smashed and broken. The two worst flight experiences I have ever had have been on NorthWest Airlines on the Vegas route. It would have been dreadful for a person that was permanently disabled
  • When traveling from Minnesota to Illinois via Grey Hound.....luggage was lost for 13 days....they did finally find it and get it back to me....
  • No but I fell asleep on the plain once and when I woke up someone had stolen my peanuts!
  • Yes. I arrived in Hartford, CT and my luggage was shipped to Pittsburgh. The airline shipped my luggage to me overnight.
  • ... just once ... luggage never made it back from South Korea ...
  • I once picked up a suitcase which turned out not to be mine. It was identical. I called the airlines to report the error. It belonged to some government diplomat and the next day they sent 3 armed guards to pick it up and bring mine(he had picked up mine by mistake too) They stood on either side of me while they checked to make sure nothing was missing, handed over mine to me and walked out. Never ever said thanks. It was like out of a movie and they even wore the sun glasses and trench coats.
  • Thankfully no.
