I think it is time to call AB Maintenance. They might need to change your bulbs! :P I'm having problems with mine too. Especially the Friends' Q&A. The light seems to stay on even when there aren't any new posts. If this is happening to you then just click the "Mark all as read" on the activity bar to turn the light off.

My bulbs are dim this day, guess its just my mood. - Yeah my "Friends Q&A" is stuck to 'on' all the time just like Jay's. I reported it hopefully they get it fixed and working again.
