Partly but I also do quite a bit of people pushing-OK that's a bit strong but I try to motivate clients I work with.

I used to be..still am, to a lesser degree. However, I prefer to call it "task oriented" rather than paper pusher, just as I prefer "accountant" to "bean counter".
