What do you mean by "recent research"? Nothing has come along to dethrone Shakespeare.

Ah...yes... I read that a while back. I guess I'd already subconsciously forgotten it for that reason... it was forgettable... :) Here's an interesting thought... Watch the cycle of Shakespeare "discoveries". It's always interesting to see how much of it is really a discovery and how much is speculation. It's also worth noting *who* makes the "discovery". For example, Oxfordians love to write papers, stir debate, and make "discoveries" which either directly or indirectly support their case for DeVere.
