Should people, who deliver newspapers in their automobile, be cited for driving on the wrong side of the road?

I think newspaper carriers should be warned that they are responsible for obeying all traffic laws while performing their duties. I also think that if a newspaper carrier causes accident or injury due to driving on the wrong side of the street they should be cited. However, I wouldn't spy on my newspaper carrier and call the police if I happened to see it.

Maybe. But the guy who delivers newspapers in my neighborhood should be cited for not having a functioning muffler and driving through neighborhoods at 4-fricking-30 in the morning.

Yes. Most of the rural carriers I see either get out and walk around the car or have a right-hand-drive car.
