One of my best friends girlfriend, is a cousing of my other friend, and she told me that she cheated on him once, when I was talking to him, I was telling him that he should dump that girl, but I never told him why, since that's none of my bussiness, that was about a year ago, and they're still together, as far as I know she never cheated on him again, but who knows...

Definitely and I expect my best friend (or any close friends for that matter) to do the same for me.

I did that once and lost a good friend, because he believed his girlfriend over me. I will never do that again, because it became a long drawn out issue where she repeatedly told him lies about me and her relationship, how I made threats toward her, and how I always had wanted to be with him. Total lies, but he loved her and took her side. I've seen some friendships break up over this very thing - in the future, I'll stay out of it. I would offer advice in a very "I don't know, but this is what I think" kinda way. I may even drop hints, but I'll never put myself in that kind of position again.

i wouldn't...i'd keep out of it...unless u have a photo of them in the act or something absoloutely solid, its more likely to go sour than not....

I would get some solid evidence/proof and tell my friend. It isn't my job to keep the secrets of his/her partner.
