I cannot give a percentage but i am sure that could be the simple answer and probably the most useful answer to quite a high percent . After all it would have to be more useful than guesses from a bunch of we laymen. We can only speak from our own experiences, and illnesses affect many people in many different ways.

I honestly don't know, but the longer I'm here, the more I see Nelson's genius in posing this question.
