Laughs out loud is my current guess, I used to think it was Lots of Love! lol

To me laughing out loud makes more sense. Also, as I've said before there are different levels to "lol" : )

Laughing out Loud, but since they are both LOL a person can choose which they prefer it to be themselves.

I've known it as laughing out loud and that's how I keep thinking it as. I personally like it more that way.

Lots of Laughs... It sounds more vibrant and happy... Like many are laughing... It puts an image in my head of my friends and I laughing together...

Laughing out Loud it seems to flow better. Lots of Love fits better for that really obscure version of lol that people rarely use anymore ;)

The lol acronym originally meant "laugh out loud". As in, while reading something funny it actually caused to to laugh out loud.
