I think that God created a man and woman to have sexual desires. But only to appease the desire to a married couple. I think that I would agree that it could be mentally as well as a hormonal balance/inbalance in the body. Once a man or woman has experienced sex the feeling sends a signal to the brain which affects the mind and the body.
