Certainly love, then respect, understanding, appreciation of the collective wisdom of people who come together to solve their own problems, acknowledgment of the dignity and creativity of local communities, principles of community at every level, relaxed control, macro-management rather than micro-management, principles of truth and justice, leadership development at every level, respect for cultural diversity, freedom of speech and religion, and local democracy which feeds representative government. I guess, I would rule the world with something close to the Constitution of the United States of America refined by the gospel of love and sound principles of modern business management.
