I have had the need to eat a lot. But I would not consider it a bad binge eating. It's usually after expending a lot of energy for an extended period of time or staying up for more than 24 hours. I find that my body starts screaming for carbs. I try to temper the eating of carbs by mixing lots of vegetables and liquids with some carbs. Builds energy that can be used more quickly and tempers the hungry feeling.

When I stopped eating meat, dairy and eggs, I stopped binge eating. It just went away, the desire to stuff my face. I eat mostly when I am hungry now and stop when I am full.
