No. The only way you can possibly get sex is for semen to enter your vagina. It cannot fertilize an egg by traveling through your digestive system. It is not connected to your reproductive system in any way and even if it was the saliva and stomach acids would kill the sperm. The only way possible would be if you somehow transported the semen from your mouth into your hands and then put it inside your vagina... which you shouldn't be doing if you don't want to get pregnant.

The first answer to come to mind is no. However, this isn't exactly accurate. It is extremly rare, but oral sex has been documented to lead to pregnancy. Sperm can live for hours outside the human body, and for days inside it. Once semen touches the labia, there is a chance of pregnancy. The problem is getting from the mouth to the genitals. All that needs to happen is you wipe your mouth, then touch yourself. Or, if he touches your mouth, or if you two are just messy, then the two of you engage in mutual masterbation, then that could also be another route of exposure.
