Help answer this question below.

I am 24 years old 6'2 180 lbs I lift weights at home using my bench and free weights,for about 1.5 - 2 hrs. rest then run 5 miles I do this every M W F while also eating right. I don't wanna be huge just toned and lose extra lil fat and gain muscle, work?

    im 5 8 and weight 170 so i wouldnt worry much about you getting big because i wouldnt imagine your anywheres near it. just eat right and do cardio and lift light weight,if your going for the 6pack look aim for 13 or so percent bf but also remeber if there are no abs there they wont show

    As long as you stick with it, and REALLY eat right (that means no junk food, no sugar, etc) then you should be successful. Keep up the good work!
