You're reading I am 24 years old 6'2 180 lbs I lift weights at home using my bench and free weights,for about 1.5 - 2 hrs. rest then run 5 miles I do this every M W F while also eating right. I don't wanna be huge just toned and lose extra lil fat and gain muscle, work?
