How about a sandwich and some soup? There are no rules about what you can eat when. Also try leftover pizza (everyone's favourite) or ice cream, or canned spaghetti or a smoothie. Strawberry shortcake is delicious and the strawberries are very nutritious. Cottage cheese with fruit salad is also yummy. Cheese and crackers. Cinnamon rolls. Try putting chocolate milk on your cereal.

I would suggest yogurt with a sliced banana on top.
-
Granola with yogurt. Half a grapfruit and cheese. Leftover Pizza, cold! (yummm! - especially Canadian Bacon/Pineapple) grits with andouille sausage. breakfast burrito
-
Crepes! They can never get old! *is now hungry for some*.
-
Blueberry bagels with creamcheese, peanut butter english muffins, or try a fruit smoothie - strawberry/banana smoothies are always great.
-
Yoghurt Croissants with Jelly/jam or just alone Melon is refreshing to start the day in summer.
-
YOu could have a croissant with cream cheese and Nutella, or make French toast with croissants. IN the US biscuits and sausage gravy is a great breakfast if it's on the cooler weather side. Corned beef hash and eggs is nice. Make a breakfast burrito with eggs, sausage, and possibly cheese or chilies, salsa, sour cream and roll it up in a flour tortilla. Saute some green onions and when real done crack a couple of eggs in, scramble them a little, serve with bread. Waffles are something you can make a lot of and freeze the extras. Then pop the frozen ones in the toaster for some other busier mornings. Make a strata with soaked bread with browned sausage, peppers, cheese. Bake first thing in the morning or bake ahead and slice, heat up each slice in the morning. Eat a bowl of popcorn with milk for breakfast. Try warming slices of tofu with maple syrup over them. Tastes like French toast but different. If you have leftovers you could place them in an omelet. Chili rellenos is one of our favorite breakfasts. Plum crumb cake is fabulous and can be made ahead and reheated in the morning.

Have I got a website for you! Please visit www.mrbreakfast.com - A friend of mine who lives in Japan turned me on to this place and it's FABULOUS! Believe me when I tell you if you can't find something yummy for breakfast there, you can't find it anywhere!!!

My favorite is cold pizza. Any kind! Heat it in the micro or leave it cold. Good stuff.
-
I did this one morning and it will be a day to remember. I baked a pizza for breakfast. The smell is an eye opener and the taste of a pizza, at 6 am, will throw your body out of sync. Its different and the pizza smell stays in the house all day long.

Malt-O-Meal. It is very different than oatmeal. I love the stuff. I put butter, sugar and just a tad of milk in mine. Yummy.
-
I like cream of wheat, or yogurt and fresh fruit, or a bagel and cream cheese, or toast and jam. You could also make a fruit smoothie, or eat muffins or donuts. I pretty much eat oatmeal every day though... it's just easy, and I never have time to make much else.

I often make a breakfast pizza, which has hashbrowns, baked for 15 minutes first, then scrambled eggs with crumbled bacon or sausage in them on it. After that's in the oven for about 12 minutes at 400 degrees, I add some shredded cheese on top and put it under the broiler for about 2 minutes. My family also loves breakfast burritos. Have you ever been to the food network website? They have all kinds of yummy recipes there. www.foodnetwork.com

I never get tired of eating breakfast food. I usually have a piece of fruit now or a Slim Fast shake.
-
They are now suggesting flipping your meals. Eat dinner food for breakfast and so on. SO, how about some filet mignon, broccoli and baked potato??
-
I have been know to have Ramon Noodles with saugage for breakfast.
-
banana smoothie its easy to make hot dog, ramon noodle, recipes.com good luck but these are typical breakfast menus especially pancakes
-
you could try cooking a pizza with cheese, sausage, bacon, hash brown, mushrooms tomato and other "fry up" type foods. I have never tried it but it sounds like a delicioius idea!! Oatmeal with nuts and seeds on the top and honey, chocolate spread on toast, bown of fruit salad, glass of full fat creamy milk and something savoury (not to everyone's taste but i certainly love the taste of creamy milk for breakfast!!)
-
I struggle with this daily as I don't like breakfast meats in the morning (too heavy). I make a batch of granola which keeps for about a week. I eat it with fresh chopped up fruit (I like strawberries, plums, bananas, peaches and blueberries but you can mix anything). Or you can serve with over yogurt. Muffins are a great choice but a bit high in fat!
-
I can tell you what I had today - sesame breadsticks, mozzarella cheese cubes, lowfat yogurt and a banana.
-
I like English muffins with melted cheddar on top. You can also make a breakfast sandwich with an English muffin, scrambled egg and melted cheddar. Great fruit smoothie: Toss in blender 1/2 carton strawberry yogurt, 1/2 cup low-fat milk, a handful of fresh strawberries, a handful of frozen strawberries, a banana, and a little sweetener. Whir on low for a few seconds, then on high until smooth.

waffles? breakfast burrito, pastries(croissant, danish, scone, etc.), donuts
