  • From what you describe, it sounds like a benign fatty lump. HOWEVER, only someone (like your VET) can be sure. The raw part concerns me as usually fatty lumps do not cause the dog ANY DISTRESS at all. Cancer lumps sometimes can become raw, chewed, bloody...so I would urge you to have it looked at by some one qualified to tell for sure what you have going on here.
