Restored computer to original factory settings. Is it possible to transfer music and videos from my ipod back on to my computer? Where can I find info to do this?

you have to get the ipod transfer disc from like compusa or something....wen you use that disc you plug ur ipod into your computer and it loads he ipod onto the computer
