Which season of top chef is/was your favorite?

I loved the first season. I liked the chefs better. I liked the personality conflicts better. The challenges may not have been as interesting but some of them were very good. I do like Padhma better than whoever that was the first season.

1 - I think the chefs were more interesting and varied in their backgrounds. They didn't have conflicts because they were a**holes; they had conflicts mostly because of their cooking styles. Also, someone I knew - because I ate at her restaurant in L.A. - was on the show. As a matter of fact, that's how I got hooked on it. In 3 - Howie is just a jerk. In life. Everyone's gotta find that guy annoying....It hasn't a thing to do with his cooking ability (or lack thereof).

I liked last season best. There always seemed to be something going on then. This season was good, but I just didn't like the ending.
