Whenever I take a class, club, or sport there's always 1 or 2 guys (sometimes girls) who act like idiots and do stupid things for a laugh or attention in the annoying sense. Why do people like them act that way?

Um...for the exact reaasons you just said. To get a laugh or attention.

I knew a few people this way. (its usually young girls or guys act that way when they all get together) I think they do it cuz they wanna be loud to get people to look at them. They could think they are being funny, or some people are just loud and obnoxious cuz thats who they are.

It's probably because they do not know how to appropriately get attention. When teens (and sometimes adults, alas) are uncomfortable or unsure of themselves, they will sometimes act like morons on purpose, rather than risk looking foolish by accident. It's social awkwardness, and most people grow out of it. Good for you for not being part of it.

They probably don't feel confident enough about themselves to try and use their intelligence or other good qualities to attract attention, so they act out for attention.
