As you said, you are now in the US illegally. Unless you get married to the man who brought you to the US on a fiance visa, you must return to Ukraine. The new man now has the option of marrying you in Ukraine and bringing you here on a K-3 or K-4 visa, or going through the process to bring you here on a new K-1 visa. In either case, you chances are good for a green card, assuming that this is the only time you have come to the US on a fiance visa before and the man has no problems with criminal background, marriages, etc.

You can marry this man in the US and then apply for residency without having to leave the country.

Your K-1 visa is no longer valid. In the eyes of USCIS you have committed immigration fraud by remaining without marriage. I'd suggest a very good immigration attorney before you proceed any further.

You would normally be banned from the US for at least 3 years, having stayed there illegally for 1 year. However, it might be possible to get around that, but as someone else recommended: get a lawyer. If you ever apply for a fiancee visa to marry the same man again, you'll also need to convince immigration you actually intend to marry your partner this time. So it's possible, but it might be you have to wait several years (in the Ukraine) before being eligible.
