You don't need to fertilize morning glories. That may be the problem. Too much nitrogen will cause a lot of green growth but no flowers. They should start to flower when the fertilizer wears off. If not then there may be something else wrong.

As the previous poster said, it's probably a problem with too much nitrogen. I wouldn't fertilize anymore. You MIGHT try buying a "bloom booster" fertilizer. They have a nutrient count something like 8-54-20 and will cause your plants to focus on blooming. Morning glories usually do pretty well without fertilizing at all. They just need a good bit of water to get going and then they are fairly hearty.
