In high school, yes. But unfortunatly we spend so much time going over the same ground we barely make it to the 20's.

Depends on the age. I do not think that elementary students need to be exposed to everything, especially stuff such as that, on the US so soon. But in all fairness, high schoolers should be taught.

I think they should teach all the tradegies of war. WWI, WWII, Viet Nam, Korea, etc., The glorification of war by governments are a way of justifying the loss of life.
