  • It was a flight from Phoenix to either Atlanta or Miami, I don't remember well. What I remember is that the airplane was like a big bus. No First Class, no movies, no music, no magazines with the exception of some boring airplane information leaflet. I was bored to death because I forgot to bring a book or a magazine. I don't remember the airline....and the flight was long, long, long.....all across the USA with nothing to do. I wished I had a fast acting sleeping pill, but I didn't....
  • delta because we were going from atlanta to cleveland, ohio and the flight was to depart at 6pm but it was delayed until 1 am and is only a 1:40 minute flight.. Not the first time it happened either with delta
  • I was flying from Portland, Maine to Boston. I was on one of the "puddle jumper" jets which had a row of single seats on either side of the plane with an aisle. I sat in the front seat on the right side -- right behind the wardrobe area where the pilots hung their jackets and caps. We took off in murky weather, which quickly became vveeeerrryyy turbulent -- not just bumps, but the feeling of sudden drops of significant distance. At one point the lurch was so severe that one of the pilots' caps flew off the wardrobe hook and down the center aisle of the plane. I caught it in mid-air and held it for him for the rest of the flight.
  • The worst flight for me was spirit airline, I travel from ftlauderdale to chicago,. the seating was very cramped. I felt like a sardine. It stank on board also. they put me next to the washroom because I refuse to pay extra to pick my seat. Also customer service was lousy and very slow. long line, even though I pre registed online. airline is outdated system wise. customer service reps are rude, annoying and not helpful. The only benefit is that They are very cheap.
  • It was a United Airline flight from Miami to Dulles. We were a fully packed flight and sat on the tarmac for over 6 hours, until we had idled so much fuel that we needed refueling. Finally we took off. We arrived in Dulles 9 hours late and missed a major concert that my husband and I were holding tickets for (front row with backstage passes)...along with the tickets for 6 of our friends. We ended up buying all the tickets. To top it all off, United had the NERVE to call that flight "on time" because we were all onboard and loaded at the listed time.
