If a user is found to be under 13 years old then their account is shut down. When you sign up you tick a box saying you're 13 years old or older.

yes 13 is the legal age requirement.
I would not say that the ramifications are too serious since we have 12 year old Sages.
Iam curious what we need to do or who to talk to in order to get my father a tombstone and gain posessions for sentiment.
