I go to the gym about 0 times a week. I try not to work out too much at the gym, so I walk and play sports.

4 times a week in the Winter and I do cardio there. Average about 1.5 visits a week in the summer, with little to no cardio, since I can run outdoors.

I don't, hahaha! And I should, to stay in shape, you know? I have one of those home gyms downstairs...I don't know why I don't use them. I don't like my basement much, haha. However, I'm starting Jazz Ballet classes on Wednesday, so I'm super excited for that. :)

I do not go to the gym. I do PT by myself every morning in my back yard and around my neighborhood. Free and effective!

Try 3 days a week and TRY to eat correct. TRY is the key word. I go for resistance training b/c cardio I can just do at the park. Plus I hate feelings like blubber

None at all...it's a lot more economical to climb the stairs at home several times a day and walk around the neighborhood each evening.

I play sports regularly so feel that I don't really need to go to the gym to maintain/build my fitness. I'm kidding myself of course, some time in the gym would be of great benefit to me, but probably not enough benefit to justify the membership fees, so I'll just stick to running around hitting balls about to get my exercise.

I used to go to the gym at least 3 days per week and damn did I look good. A few kids and a lot of years later, I don't even use the bowflex in my living room!

I've never been to a gym, but I'm not actually opposed to them. I like to ride my bike and do free weights at home, though.
