you might also try Uship.com, although i think they are mostly ConUS trucking. Thats only a guess (since ive never tried to ship to Hawaii).
However you might want to think about renting one there, as stolen bikes are shipped to Asian countries, over 8000 last year. I wouldnt have even guess they had 8000 bikes on an island but :
