I would love for a woman to make the first move on me. I do not want to do all the work all the time. Besides, she may be someone I liked but was too shy to ask myself.

Usually girls want guys to make a move because it shows they are confident, but that doesn't mean you have to follow the rule. I try not to find girls at bars because those places tend to attract people for one night stands.

The trick would be to start communicating with them like calling or meeting somewhere to get coffee.

Guys love it _if_ they like the girl. If a girl hits on me and I don't like her, then that can be a little awkward.
