Confidence, and the ability to make snap decisions. Sometimes I am what I feel like is a great leader, but often I second guess myself, and then that depletes my confidence- so then it goes downhill. Not always, but sometimes.

Security to delegate. Delegation of authority means you are comfortable with the amount of leadership you have. Plus, a good leader must have confidence in those he/she is leading. Delegation does that.

Treating everyone with respect regardless of their station.

i'm no leader but i must say that dedication is what attrack me to a leader.
