I was jogging one day, and I saw some cars go past, and I Thought "Everyone in those cars, is going somewhere, they have a life, with as many if not more events effecting them as I do." As I looked at all the cars, and all the lives, and then considered they all had *Histories* Lifetimes worth of knowledge, and events. It almost did my head in, but ever since, I can never get bored, if I see someone, I imagine where they might have been, where they are going, Who they know, where *those* people have been......Lost in thought.

i live near a busy freeway in the city and in the evenings if it's cool, i sometimes sit on my apt patio and wonder why all those ppl are going to Arkansas???

Yes, there was a phase of my life where I felt so small and helpless, and I would see a passing car and think... I wonder what grand things that person is going to do, and how if I were them, I just blinked in and out of their lives and made no impact whatsoever... This was just prior to my near nervous breakdown at 13. Now I try and make myself remembered by everyone by being a nice guy, going the extra mile, and keeping a sense of humor. I can make a person's life a tad bit happier for the 10 seconds I'm in it, its better than never having been remembered for my 10 seconds of that persons life history.

I did for a while.Then I realized they circling the block ,to drive by again,so I would keep watching them ,again,and again,and again.

Yes, but primarily when they run a red light in front of me and I wonder if maybe they just *had* to run it on account of some explosive diarrhea or something. ps - you've used the wrong "their", you meant "they're" a contraction for they are, i believe.
