How can I file child concealment charges against my ex-husband who kidnapped our 2 yr old son 2 months ago?

I am not sure exactly what you mean, but if he kidnapped your son, I assume you would call the police, then go to Court and they will put out a warrant for his arrest.

do you have custody papers for your child if not its not kidnapping any 1 can go anywhere in usa with their child and you cant do crap unless there are custody orders believe me ive went through this
