There is this guy, I think he lives out of a nearby hotel. He wears shorts in the dead of winter. His hair is totally grey so I don't know if he would make a better "Beavis" or "Butthead", I call him "Shorty". I live in a strange area with a lot of welfare folks and "adult" home residents... need I say more.
