  • The ability to see everything from ever different point of view, no pre-concieved perceptions.
  • Ego -- in particular, "blind spots" regarding one's own shortcomings. A great mind is less attuned to the feedback from others about where it falls short, being so certain of it's own greatness that it discounts the views of others. No amount of brainpower nullifies the distorting effects of ego.
