Well i've never felt an actual pain or ache but I have felt a complete sensation of emptiness inside. So I suppose that's totally normal.

Yes, you can miss someone to point of being incapacitated by it.

It can be, as troubled emotions can cause restlessness in body which manifests in various ways. If you are in the heights of romantic love and the relationship abruptly ends the shock can bring you to your knees, and even cause physical collapse.
