I used Emla (a numbing cream you can get from the drugstore). You put it on as directed in the package about 1 1/2 hours before your appointment and then you won't have to worry about pain!

The needle hits the bone as does with ur back, ankle etc etc therefore its sore gettin it done with ur eyebrows too

I don't think it would hurt to get your eyebrows permanently done that much since its not that sensitive... My Mom's had them done and said it doesn't hurt, however, she also had more sensitive areas done like eyeliner and lip liner... Your artist will put an anesthetizing cream about 30 minutes beforehand I believe... goodluck

I'd say the pain is moderate. Depending on your pain tolerance and how you feel about needles. I had my eyebrows and upper and lower eyeliner done a few years ago and I love it. My eyebrows were a mess from years of overplucking. It was worth every cent I paid.

it all depends where you get it. your back and wrists are the sorest
