Perhaps, but it's a disturbing trend and it makes me shutter to think that these woman may become mothers...

Perhaps 1 day, yes. But also young men who commit violent crimes might become fathers, and husbands. Nothing you can do about it, Past Puberty they have the ability to reproduce.
