It depends on your point of view. For instance, AnswerBag doesn't have an opposite, unless you count "no AnswerBag" as its opposite. I hope this helps.

Although most things do, some things are midpoints between two opposites and therefore have no opposite, some things are so unique that they can not have an opposite, and some things are unidirectional and can have no opposite because 'the other way' does not exist. Even beliefs make a good example of this : although "Lawful Good" and "Chaotic Evil" & "Lawful Evil" and "Chaotic Good" are total opposites ... & "Lawful Neutral" and "Chaotic Neutral" as well as "Neutral Good" and "Neutral Evil" are only half opposites ... "Neutral Neutral" has no opposite, it is neither lawful nor chaotic, neither good nor evil, it is a halfway point that has no opposite.

No - for example a glass doesnt have an opposite, or a motorbike, or a tree, there are many more examples no doubt.
-
Almost every adjective I can think of does.
-
Mass doesn't have an opposite - yet. So far as we've discovered you can only get positive lumps of mass, and not negative, unlike electrical charge where you can get positive and negative.
-
Most adjectives, verbs and adverbs do, but nous really don't so much: tree, book, library, Jennifer.
-
Yes. It is the natural order of things, you need a balance. If there is no balance then there would be destruction.
-
Theoretically, yes. You could have tree and non-tree. Bicycle and non-Bicycle, etc. You get the point, correctly interpreted or not.

Existence has no actual opposite. "Non-existence" is fundamentally incoherent as a term, merely an artifact of our language. For if "non-existence" would BE the opposite of existence, then it would BE / EXIST, and not be non-existence at all. Some spiritual schools, including some Buddhist thinkers, use "non-existence" or "non-being" to refer to what potentially could be but doesn't seem to be, but that isn't really the same thing as "doesn't exist".
-
I understand your viewpoint, but disagree. I think nonexistence is in-fact an opposite.
-
Well, my left ear has an opposite in my right ear; but the praying mantis only has one ear (bottom of its abdomen) so that's something without an opposite.

While I like Weatherman's answer, I think it would be necessary for everything in the world to be cataloged and analyzed in order to give and accurate answer. that has never been done.
