I don't know for sure, but it seems rigged to me. It seems strange to play a number for a long time and then it comes up on the day you forget to play it. Also, they have gone to twice a day playing and it is impossible to cover a number. It costs too much.

I think the lottery is a tax on people who are bad at math whose proceeds are mostly distributed to the companies that run the games.

I never play the state lottery. More people play PowerBall because the jackpot is always at least ten times more that the state lottery. To me, it's all a rip-off. If you win $10 million, how much do you actually get? $5 million after taxes?
