Obviously too much - way too much - gasoline is getting in through the carburetor. Smoke is partially unburnt material. Gasoline leaking from the tail pipe? I'm uncertain if that is even possible. it would seem that that much gasoline going through the system would mean the car would be flooded. In any case, TOW it to a carburetor specialist. TOW not drive that much gasoline flowing through the system can go boom - a really big boom.

I'm in agreeance with the previous answer in that is it possible for petro( I'm guessing a Britih term for a Canadian "Gasser" engine) which is a flammable substance to get past an internal combustion and out the exhaust valves. If however gasoline was being atomized & being dispersed into a particular cylinder that wasn't firing, then it is possible.
