How do I access firefox's "Web Panel" function in the sidebar? If I want to say load google.com in the sidebar as a "web panel"...thnks!

I'm fairly sure that the sidebar can't be configured. You can only display your history or your bookmarks in the sidebar. However, there may be a FireFox extension that lets you configure the sidebar. Check their website and see.
