Loving Kindness in my opinion.
Although I would have thought this was a part of being wise.
I think both are equally important. A person should be loving and kind and wise at the same time.
A loving and kind individually with no wisdom may be easily abused.
Can you have one without the other?

Buddha teaches that we should free ourselves from ill feeling towards others - but does that include loathing of truly evil people, too?
