Etrade will allow you to trade internationally. I do not recommend investing in albania. Do some research and try to find something that is invested in southern italy particularly sicily. The mafia once controlled the area but the local police have clerared them out. Expect an influx of foreign investment, a huge increase in tourism and 20-30% growth rates.
