because according to the movie title men prefer blond (I translate from french) they must be jealous. and blond hairede people aremore rare than brunette

I am going to anser this question,but i must admit that I haven't don my research. I first took note of this watching Merrillan Monrow. I can't spell her name or find it in the dictionary..I am a very bad speller too. Anyway the question,..., without knowing how far back it goes ive always suspected that it was her good acting playing the not so bright, and buble headed blond that got it started. I have always disbelieved the whole notion. I like her alot, and I think she was a very smart brunette person. Gee, oh with the question, brains tingallinging
