No cookies for dinner. My breakfast will taste really good. one cookie, it this Weight Watchers. OK, I admit that I am a little overweight but is this overdoing it a little? Do I have a say in the matter? My supper is my absolute favorite meal. Can I have a giant Pizza cookie?

Have a cookie, at least you getting fat that you need in your body, you need to get healthy and strong and if a cookie is all that there is eat it, nothing is just .....let me think.....................hold on...............not having anything is not good, eat something, nothing is bad

A cookie is worse for dinner - because in the end you're eating something some other poor impoverished person in another country could be eating. If you'd like to show your sympathies for those kinds of people, eat nothing for at least 1 night.

That depends what you want. Are you trying to stay fit or comfortable? Because it's hard to sleep on an empty stomach, so in that case, a cookie is better. If you are concerned about losing weight, you probably should just resist the cookie.

Eat the cookie!

Personally, it would be a cookie because then I crave for more! But if I have nothing, then eventually I don't feel like eating. And I think cookies are worse than skipping one dinner.
