I used to do this as a kid its delicious! Make a Jam Sandwich role it up into a tube, stab a long stick through it and toast it.... nice when your camping!

just use what-ever mix you like, put them in a covered fry pan.

In the islands, they would wrap dough in ti leaves but you should be able to use aluminum (US spelling) foil and toss it in or next to the fire. To get an more even bake, you can coat the foil with clay.

Yes. Two cups of plain flour, 2 eggs, 85g butter and 55g soft brown sugear. Beat the butter and sugar together, add the flour and eggs and mix to make dough. Get a stick (about 1cm thick and over 50 cm long) and then wrap the end of it in foil. Make a ball of dough the size of a tangerine and push it on the end (not all the way through). Hold the stick over the fire until the biscuit goes a nice golden brown. Take it off the stick and fill the hole that's left with butter or jam. Yummy!
