Yes, though it's fairly easy to understand, and really quite silly, in my opinion. It's also more of an invented dialect than a language, considering.

Yes, it's a computer "language" called Leet, which uses numbers and symbols instead of actual letters. It used to be used for actual talking in code, but now it's mostly used to cover up dirty words so that message board filters don't catch them. It's about as much of a language as Pig Latin is.
