Any kind of food will do, so long as it's positioned correctly in your bra... "Chicken Fillets" seem to be a common choice. As for eating food to make them bigger???? Just in case you are serious, there's no way a specific food can make your boobs bigger unless you just eat loads and they become fat like the rest of you would. x

Do you only one the single breast larger, or both? To be honest, the following foods will make your breasts larger: Fried fish Sausages Fried chips Beefburgers Cakes Biscuits Chocolate Since breast tissue is composed of adipose (fat) cells and interspersed with glandular parts, and these glandular parts regress when dormant (i.e. not pregnant/breastfeeding), any fat foods will increase the size of the breasts, as the fat that is not burned off is stored there. However, just like spot toning exercises are a myth, spot fat adding foods are a myth - you can not take fatty foods and target where you want them to deposit the fat. So the chances are eating a lot of fat will result in fat deposition around the hips, thighs and buttocks if you are female.
