I think that ever since Google bought it, it became somewhat bad.

Youtube is running different right now for some reason. I still think that it is the person's choice to choose whatever type of video he/she wishes to watch. Personally I think that Youtube needs a better modification like Answerbag has.

I think it is good website. It needs some touch-up work on it though.

The original Google player works better than the Youtube player. You can't scan through media as well as you could with the Google player, the video selection on Youtube is great, but I cringe when google vid search switchs over to the Youtube player, it sux.

Some of the stuff is cool. Some of the songs are addicting though.

I really like youtube. I decided to go to the website and look up some old songs I grew up on, and they all seem to be there. Not only can you hear good songs, but you can watch clips of movies, get some piano lessons or guitar lessons; whatever your interested in; they even have piano players that will play a song and you can sing along, and much much more. Now there are some bad things on there too; I'm not really drawn to those videos.

Youtube is full of interesting, helpful, funny, and informative stuff. But from a business perspective, it was probably one of googles riskiest purchases with a price tag of $1,650,000,000 for a website that prior to the purchase was bleeding money, doomed to fail in 13 months, could not find a way of making money, and still has not made money even for google. And I have yet to even consider any legal issues that arise from running a site like youtube.
