Those are the people who gave up and stayed stagnantly in the "middle class". Persistance is key!

In the UK they have been led by Mr Blair into a higher class relegating the rest to lower than low class. So much for socialism of the labour party!

If you're in the US, look for them at Target and WalMart. If it is dinner time, check places like Applebee's, TGIF's, Mc Donald's, Arby's, Pizza Hut and the like. If you're in the city, after 5:00 you pretty much have to drive out the the suburbs to find the middle class.
